| A | Yes. Overdue rentals will be charged a fee based on the pro-rated rental value. |

| Q | Can I renew my rentals via phone prior to my return date? |
| A | Toy rentals may be renewed by phone unless the toy is requested or reserved by another member. |

| Q | Is there a fee if I lose a toy or a piece of a rented item? |
| A | Yes. A basic fee of $20.00CDN will be charged for missing pieces from a rented item. An additional fee may be charged appropriate to the neccessity of that piece. The fee will be credited to your account upon the return of the missing items. |

| Q | Can I cancel a reservation? |
| A | Yes. A full purchase-price in store credit will be issued on all reserved items upon cancellation. We reserve the right to charge applicable fees and taxes on refunds. 48 hours notice is required to cancel. |

| Q | Do I have to reserve in advance for the inflatable bouncers and climbers? |
| A | Yes. As these are our most popular items we strongly recommend reserving in advance. Three to six weeks notice is best. |

| Q | How long can I rent items for? |
| A | Our standard rental period is one week. You can rent an item for as long as you would like, provided it is not reserved by another customer. Our inflatable bouncers are based on a twenty-four hour rental period and can be rented for longer periods as well. |

| Q | How long are the inflatable bouncers rented for? |
| A | All inflatable bouncers are a four hour rental. This four hours includes delivery, set up and take down plus GST. Bouncers may also be rented for additional two hour intervals as required. |

| Q | Do I have to clean the rental before I return it? |
| A | Yes. We request that you clean your rentals if it's full of mud or dirt, etc. If inflatable bouncers are returned wet, damp or filthy there will be a cleaning fee of $150.00 CDN. |
